Virginia Gears is specialized in manufacturing of top-grade motorcycle and safety gear. It all started in the year 2008 when we started manufacturing cruiser jackets and leather suits for our wholesale customers. We fell deeply in love with what we did and today. We operate in 2 different sectors within the industry selling a huge range of product collections.

The riding industry keeps changing and increasingly riders are looking for more trending clothing. Our Research & Development team is committed to strategically develop products to ensure, the products meet maximum road safety and industry trends and provide both protection and comfort. We are quality obsessed and all our products meet benchmark standards.

PROCESS

Virginia Gears is constantly introducing new techniques of manufacturing on the production floor, which help us increase production quality and efficiency. These techniques lead to more effective ways of cutting, stitching, supervisions, and requisition processes. All our production lots must pass several levels of inspection before they are prepared for the final stage. We are ISO 9001, CE and EN 24120 certified.

CUSTOMERS

Our customers are the focus of everything we do. We actively work with wholesale and retail buyers. For wholesalers, we offer private labelled products and years of industry experience help us to meet orders of any capacity.
