Simple Return Options

Returning your leather jacket is easy and can be done through your local address. We offer three convenient options for returns:

  • Full Refund
  • Replacement
  • Exchange

For exchanges or replacements, the cost of postage or shipment is borne by the customer. Once we receive your old jacket, we will dispatch the replacement.

Return Conditions

Virginia Leather Shop is dedicated to providing fault-free and undamaged goods. If you receive an item that does not match your order or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days to arrange collection and return. Customers are responsible for shipment costs in such cases.

Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned items, a refund or replacement will be processed through your original payment method.

Warranty and Faulty Goods

If any goods develop faults within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement as per the warranty terms

Damaged Goods During Shipping

If goods are damaged during transit, sign the delivery note indicating the damage and report it to us within 10 days. Shipment costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds or replacements will be issued once we receive the damaged goods.

Cooling Off Period

You have a statutory right to a 7-day “cooling off” period from the date of delivery. If you change your mind within this period, email us and return the goods in unopened packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipment costs in this scenario.

Special Considerations

Virginia Leather Shop reserves the right to exercise discretion with returns. Factors include usage, product deterioration, opened packaging of audio/video recordings or software, and any discounts applied due to known quality issues at purchase.

Requirements for Returns

  • Must be in original packaging
  • Must not appear worn or washed
  • Must be received within 30 days of delivery

Exclusions

  • Altered or damaged items due to misuse or abuse
  • Items with self-generated damage
  • Items with any odors or fragrances

Non-Returnable Items

  • Quick strike (QS), limited edition, and brand collaboration products.
  • Items purchased in quantities of three or more of the same product.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Cancellations after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Orders cannot be canceled if already shipped.
