Order Processing:

Our standard handling time is 12-14 business days. However, during peak seasons or for specific products, handling time may extend to 14-17 business days. Regular orders are typically shipped within 10 business days, though it may take up to 20 business days during busy periods. For custom orders, we dispatch made-to-measure items within 2-4 weeks.

Shipping Details:

We offer free shipping across the UK and Europe on all orders above 200 GBP. This applies to all eligible products without any minimum order sizes or special exceptions. To ensure a premium courier service, we utilize Express Deliveries including DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery to your doorstep. For safety reasons, we do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses. A signature is required upon delivery.

Customs and Duties:

All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs before purchasing.

Tracking and Follow-Up:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier company using the provided tracking number. If the courier attempts delivery when you are not at home or if the order is put on hold, please contact the courier directly. Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in the parcel being destroyed, for which Virginia Leather Shop cannot be held responsible.

Handling Multiple Items:

For multiple-item purchases or transactions, we usually ship items in one parcel. Once your order is dispatched, we cannot reschedule delivery to a different address. Please contact the courier for any delivery adjustments.
